We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage our store operations, from receiving goods to inventory control and reporting.
What we’re looking for:
🌹 Undergraduate degree in supply chain management or any related field
🌹 At least 2 years’ experience in a medium-to-large FMCG, Logistics, floriculture store or construction company
🌹 Experience working with the MS Office suite
🌹 Strong oral and written communication skills
🌹 Good with numbers
🌹 High integrity and honesty, and ability to work in a multi-culture, multi-race environment
What you’ll be doing:
🌹 Receiving deliveries and verifying quality, quantity and compliance with purchase orders
🌹 Monitoring stock levels and conducting regular cycle counts
🌹 Issuing and distributing goods efficiently to relevant departments
🌹 Ensuring operational efficiency
🌹 Keeping store records accurate and secure
🌹 Posting purchase orders and processing documentation promptly
🌹 Preparing daily reports on stock levels and movements
🌹 Participating in monthly company-wide stock takes
🌹 Promoting safe handling, storage and distribution of goods
