We are looking for an experienced Senior Spray Supervisor to lead our IPM/crop protection team on an 8 Ha block, working hand in hand with our Production Manager and a dedicated group of sprayers.
What we’re looking for:
🌹 5–10 years’ experience in spray supervision, crop protection or IPM on roses or a similar crop
🌹 Strong hands-on knowledge of spray cocktails, application technique and calibration
🌹 Ability to test and verify chemical/application efficacy in the field
🌹 Working knowledge of PCPB and Kenya Flower Council regulations
🌹 A team player who understands and supports our IPM philosophy – including our ongoing shift towards biological control, restricted spraying and low-volume application
🌹 A strong focus on worker safety and PPE compliance
🌹 Proven ability to lead, train and manage a team of sprayers
