We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Preparation / Final Cold Store Quality Controller (ODPBQC) to join our Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) team.
Key Responsibilities:
🌹 Assess bunch quality at collection, drying, boxing, palletising and loading points
🌹 Monitor and control cold room and box temperatures to meet strict standards
🌹 Identify non-conformities, coordinate rework/replacement, and train teams on the job
🌹 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality reports
🌹 Support consultant audits, claim meetings and quality reviews
What We’re Looking For:
🌹 Strong observation and communication skills
🌹Diploma or bachelors degree in Agriculture, horticulture with experience in a flower farm
🌹 High integrity, discipline and attention to detail
🌹 A trainer’s mindset and a strong team player
🌹 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold-chain floriculture environment
